Jade Kim Zivko has been a licensed Realtor for over 8 years. She led her Real Estate Team, The Jade Zivko Team, to being consistently a Top Team in the Northeast area of Ohio, while also managing her own investment company, KZIP-LLC Ltd. What’s amazing about all that is she did it while also being a full-time mom to two beautiful girls!

Jade has been living in Ohio for the past 20 years with her husband, John Zivko; and their two daughters, Emily and Sarah ; and their dog, Coco.
Jade understands the importance of the Cleveland community. Not only does she know the ins and outs of commercial and residential real estate, but as a lover of good things, she can also point out the best schools, restaurants, arts and shopping. John, as the loving husband of Jade, is a family man. He never misses any events in their two daughters' lives.
He is also known by their past clients for being a person who is skilled at a wide range of repairs, typically for keeping buildings, shops or equipment around the home in good condition.

KC Diaz is a graduate of Business Administration Major in Marketing Management. She has recently joined The Jade Zivko Team as Marketing and Transaction Coordinator.
